摘要
通过分析贵州省林权争议处理现状,结合现阶段的主要做法和经验,针对目前存在的主要问题,提出加强领导分级施策、加大法律法规的宣传力度、建立健全联防联调机制、做好不动产统一登记管理工作等四个方面的对策,从而为更好的促进林区林权纠纷化解提供参考建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of forest right disputes in Guizhou Province,combined with the main practices and experiences at present stage,aiming at the existing main problems,this paper puts forward 4 corresponding countermeasures,which are to strengthen the implementation of policies at different levels,to strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations,to establish and improve the′joint prevention and mediation′mechanism,and to standardize the registration and management of real estate.So as to provide references for promoting the settlement of forest right disputes in forest area.
