从自律的视角看研究生实验安全的调查研究——以吉林大学食品科学与工程学院为例

摘要 为更好地了解研究生的实验安全状况,从自律角度提出保障研究生人身安全的建设性意见和建议。以吉林大学食品科学与工程学院2016-2018级研究生共160人作为调查对象,发放问卷进行调查。大部分研究生实验安全自律性较高,但仍需重视实验室基本制度落实;我院研究生对实验安全培训有诉求,应从多个方面、多种层次加强实验安全培训。 In order to acquire a better and detailed safety status of graduate students in college laboratory experiment,some constructive comments and suggestions are proposed,targeted to guarantee the personal safety of postgraduates.Methods:The study,with the graduate students in College of Food Science and Engineering,Jilin University,as objects of investigation,makes an analysis of their safety status in laboratory by sending questionnaires.Results and discussion:Certain safety hazards existed indeed in the laboratory of our college,and thus the job of safety supervision,rejecting hidden perils needs to be organized regularly.Although the majority of the graduate students have high self-discipline ability in laboratory safety,laboratory safety management needs to be standardized and systematized.The graduate students in our college are looking forward to experimental safety training,and thus the safety training should be strengthened with multiple dimensions and multiple ways.
