长期以来,我国医患之间都存在各种矛盾,涉及的原因复杂、内容繁琐,导致医疗纠纷案件处理困难、耗费了大量人力物力资源,严重阻碍了我国卫生事业的发展。本文距焦医疗纠纷日趋严重的根本原因,尝试从多角度寻求医疗纠纷的解决途径。

For a long time,there have been all kinds of contradictions between doctors and patients in our country,which involve complex reasons and tedious contents,which lead to difficulties in handling medical dispute cases,consuming a lot of manpower and material resources,and seriously hindering the development of health care in our country.This paper,focusing on the root cause of the increasingly serious medical disputes,tries to seek solutions to medical disputes from multiple angles.
