民族地区企业技术创新、产业结构升级与经济高质量发展动态交互机制研究

Research on the Dynamic Relationship between Technological Innovation and Industrial Structure Upgrading of Enterprises and High-Quality Economic Development in Ethnic-Minority Areas

民族地区经济发展问题是关乎少数民族民生福祉和边疆社会稳定的重要课题。本文利用1949-2017年民族地区的样本数据,解析了民族地区产业结构和经济发展的现状,通过运用PVAR模型分析1990年至2017年的数据,研究企业技术创新、产业结构升级与经济高质量发展之间的动态关系,证实三者之间存在动态互联机制。通过运用脉冲响应函数与方差分解等实证分析方法对三者之间的关系进行深入分析发现,企业技术创新可以促进产业结构升级,同时企业技术创新对于经济高质量发展的推动作用较大,产业结构升级对经济高质量发展的推动作用较小。

The economic development of ethnic-minority areas is an important issue related to the well-being of the people of ethnic minorities and the social stability of the border areas.In this paper,based on the sample data from 1949 to 2017,the current situation of industrial structure and economic development in ethnic-minority areas are analyzed.With the PVAR model to analyze the data,the dynamic relationships between technological innovation,industrial structure upgrading of enterprises,and high-quality economic development are studied.Through the use of empirical analysis methods,including the impulse response function and variance decomposition to investigate the in-depth relationship between the above three,it is found that the technological innovation of enterprises can promote industrial structure upgrading.At the same time,the former plays a greater role in promoting high-quality economic development,while the latter plays a smaller role.
