内蒙古开放发展质量综合评价研究

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of the Quality of Open Development in Inner Mongolia

改革开放的实施对内蒙古的经济发展及社会发展带来十分重要的影响,开放发展质量决定了其整体发展水平。本文以对内开放和对外开放为核心构建开放发展质量评价指标体系,对2017年30个省、市、自治区做基于主成分分析的综合评价,比较内蒙古地区在全国范围内开放发展水平所处的位置。结果表明,内蒙古自治区开放发展水平综合得分排名位于第24名,相对其他地区处在一个较低水平;从区域划分角度分析,东、中、西部开放发展水平依次从高到低,内蒙古自治区在西部地区中排名第五,处于西部地区的中等水平。

The implementation of reform and opening up has a crucial impact on the economic and social development of Inner Mongolia,and the quality of open development determines its overall development level.In this paper,the evaluation index system of the quality of open development with internal opening and opening to the outside world as the core is produced.A comprehensive evaluation based on principal component analysis of 30 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in 2017 is made.Then Inner Mongolia is compared with the whole country in terms of open development level.The results show that the comprehensive score of the open development level of Inner Mongolia ranks 24th,which is at a lower level compared with other regions;from the perspective of regional division,the open development level of eastern,middle and western China is sequenced from a higher level to a lower one,with Inner Mongolia remaining at the middle level in the western region,ranking 5th in that region.
