摘要
科学合理的教学质量评价体系,是衡量教师教学质量的重要依据。随着互联网技术的发展,信息技术与课堂教学正逐步深度融合,课堂教学评价方式也在发生改变。本文分析当前药理学课堂教学评价中存在的问题,在药理学课堂教学实践的基础上通过文献查阅、师生调研、专家函调,从教师、学生、学校和用人单位四个维度出发,构建信息技术环境下的药理学课堂教学评价指标体系,为互联网+背景下的课堂教学改革效果评价提供参考。
A scientific and reasonable teaching quality evaluation system is an important basis for measuring the teachers'teaching quality.With the development of Internet technology,information technology and classroom teaching are deeply integrated,and the classroom teaching evaluation methods are also changing.This paper analyzes the problems in the current teaching evaluation of Pharmacology.Based on the practice of Pharmacology classroom teaching,literature review,teacher-student survey and expert correspondence,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of Pharmacology classroom teaching under the information technology environment from the four dimensions of the teachers,students,schools and employers,and provides reference for the evaluation of classroom teaching reform effect under the background of Internet plus.
