地方本科院校旅游管理专业国际化转型探索与思考--以重庆工商大学为例

摘要 专业是否需要转型受制于专业特性、行业发展和国家政策等多种因素影响,旅游管理专业的强应用性、旅游行业的快速发展变化性等要求该专业转型的及时性。地方本科院校旅游管理专业转型必须顺应国家政策要求,对接地方旅游经济发展需要,直面专业发展困境,准确把握专业国际化转型的基本概念及要点等。在此基础上,深入分析旅游管理专业国际化转型的发展历程、推进路径和支撑保障等。 Whether a specialty needs to be transformed or not is affected by many factors such as its own characteristics,the development of the industry and national policies.The strong applicability of Tourism Management major and the rapid development and change of the tourism industry require the timeliness of the transformation of this major.The transformation of Tourism Management major in local universities must conform to the requirements of national policies,meet the needs of local tourism economic development,face the difficulties of professional development,and accurately grasp the basic concepts and key points of professional international transformation.On this basis,in-depth analysis of the development process,promotion path and support guarantee of the internationalization transformation of Tourism Management major is put forward in this paper.
