能力本位视角下高职化学教学改革的探索

Exploration of Chemistry Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Competence-based Education

高职院校有很多专业开设了化学课作为公共基础课。在高职化学教学中实施能力本位教育的理念,对于培养学生的职业能力有非常重要的意义。本文在能力本位视角下对高职化学教学改革进行探索,提出把能力本位教育的理念落实到化学教学工作当中,根据不同专业选取教学内容,注重培养学生的自主学习能力和实践操作能力,并对学习评价的方式进行改进,从而有效提升学生的职业能力。

Many majors in higher vocational colleges offer Chemistry as a public basic course.It is very important to carry out the concept of competence-based education in higher vocational Chemistry teaching for the cultivation of the students'professional ability.This paper explores the reform of Chemistry teaching in higher vocational education from the perspective of competence-based education,puts forward that the idea of competence-based education should be put into practice in Chemistry teaching,and the teaching content should be selected according to the different majors.It should pay attention to the cultivation of the students'independent learning ability and practical operation ability,and improve the way of learning evaluation,in order to effectively improve the students'professional ability.
