摘要 加强职业教育信息化建设是实现我国教育现代化的必要途径。近几年,职业院校信息化建设均有不同程度的提升,信息技术对于提升职业教育教学的效用也越来越受到各职业院校的重视。但目前职业教育信息化发展仍有很大提升空间。以高职烹饪专业教学为例,归纳总结信息技术在高职烹饪专业教学平台的应用现状,阐述信息技术对于高职烹饪教学平台的提质效用,提出应用现代信息技术优化高职烹饪教学的具体路径。 To strengthen vocational education information construction is the necessary way to realize the modernization of education in China.In recent years,vocational education information construction has been improved to varying degrees,and the effectiveness of information technology in improving vocational education teaching has been paid more and more attention by vocational colleges.However,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the development of vocational education informatization construction.Taking the culinary teaching in higher vocational education as an example,this paper summarizes the application status of information technology in the culinary teaching platform in higher vocational education,expounds the quality improvement effect,and puts forward the specific path to optimize the culinary teaching in higher vocational education with modern information technology.
