摘要
校企合作是职业院校办出特色的基本途径,但目前的研究和实践现状均不如人意,尤其在机制构建方面仍缺乏较为明晰的思路。利益相关者理论为我们思考校企合作机制构建提供了一个有效的分析框架。这一框架有助于跳脱出以学校为主的校企合作模式,有助于厘清政府、企业和职业院校间的动态利益关系。有效的校企合作机制构建主要体现在激活多元主体、培育第三部门、推动共同治理、促进文化融合等四个方面。
The school-enterprise cooperation is the basic way for vocational colleges to develop their own characteristics.However,the current research and practice situation are not satisfactory,especially in the aspect of mechanism construction,there is still a lack of clear thinking.The stakeholder theory provides an effective analysis framework for us to think about the construction of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.This framework is helpful to break away from the school-enterprise cooperation model,and to clarify the dynamic interest relationship among the government,enterprises and vocational colleges.The effective construction of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is mainly reflected in four aspects:activating multiple subjects,cultivating the third sector,promoting common governance and promoting cultural integration.
