高校教师职业道德修养存在的问题及对策研究

在社会经济快速发展的新形势下,社会经济发展对高校教师的职业道德修养造成了巨大的冲击和影响。有效解决教师职业道德修养过程中遇到的各种问题,值得每一位高校教师深刻思考。本研究对新时期高校教师职业道德修养出现的问题及原因进行了剖析,并在此基础上提出了促进高校教师职业道德修养建设的相关对策建议。

Under the new situation of rapid social and economic development,social and economic development has caused a huge impact on the professional ethics of college teachers.Effectively solving various problems encountered in the process of teachers’ professional ethics cultivation is worthy of deep thinking by every college teacher.This study analyzes the problems and causes of professional ethics cultivation of new-era college teachers,and proposes relevant countermeasures to promote the construction of professional ethics cultivation for college teachers.
