摘要 在学前教育越来越得到社会各界重视的今天,对幼儿行为进行观察、记录并分析,是幼儿园教师必备的基础能力。观察是幼儿教师理解儿童的基础,良好的观察能力可以在很大程度上优化教师的教学工作,让幼儿获得更好的学习及生活体验。现阶段的幼儿园教师在观察幼儿行为时,存在一些明显弊端,只有将这些问题及时解决,才能更好地开展幼儿园的教育工作。文章从幼儿园教师在观察幼儿行为时的特点及存在的主要问题出发,探讨提升幼儿园教师观察能力的有效策略。 Nowadays,preschool education is getting more and more attention from all walks of life in society.It is an essential basic ability for kindergarten teachers to observe,record and analyze children’s behaviors.Observation is the basis for preschool teachers to understand children.Good observation ability can optimize teachers’ teaching work to a large extent,so that children can get better learning and life experience.At the present stage,there are obvious disadvantages in kindergarten teachers ’observation of children’s behaviors.Only by timely solving these problems,can we better carry out kindergarten education.Based on the characteristics and main problems of kindergarten teachers in observing children’s behaviors,this paper discusses effective strategies to improve the observation ability of kindergarten teachers.
