独立学院应用型护理人才“工匠精神”路径研究

A Method Research on Craftsman’s Spirit of Applied Nursing Talents in Independent Colleges

独立学院是民办高等教育的重要组成部分,与普通高校相比,独立学院有其独具的特点。独立学院注重培养学生的实践能力,尤其是对于应用型护理人才。随着我国不断加强教育改革,强调医学生的精神文化建设,教育部要求将工匠精神与护理专业学生(以下简称护生)的思想政治教育相结合,以弥补护生精神教育的短板,促进其健康发展。文章浅析了工匠精神的内涵和外延,讨论独立学院应用型护理人才培育路径,为独立学院护理人才培育搭建工匠精神平台。

Independent colleges are an important part of private higher education.Compared with ordinary colleges and universities,they have their own characteristics.Independent colleges pay attention to the cultivation of students’ practical abilities,especially for applied nursing talents.With the continuous strengthening of educational reform and the emphasis on the spiritual and cultural construction of medical students,the Ministry of Education requires the combination of craftsman’s spirit and the ideological and political education of nursing students in order to make up for the shortcomings of spiritual education of nursing students and promote their healthy development.This paper analyzes the connotation and extension of "craftsman’s spirit",discusses the way to cultivate applied nursing talents in independent colleges,and builds the "craftsman’s spirit" platform for the training of nursing personnel in independent colleges.
