随着我国经济的快速发展,高校培养的专业人才很难满足社会的需求,市场对应用型创新人才的需求越来越多。文章以环境科学与工程专业为例,从人才培养目标定位到应用型创新人才培养模式的构建进行了探索,从而达到培养环境科学与工程专业应用型创新人才的目的。

With the rapid development of economy,it is difficult for colleges and universities to cultivate professional talents to meet the needs of the society and the market has increasingly demanded applied innovative talents.The paper took the specialty of Environmental Science and Engineering as an example,and explored the talent training orientation and the training mode of applied innovative talents,aiming at cultivating applied innovative talents of Environmental Science and Engineering.
