教练技术作为企业管理中有效的管理方法,该方法自身所具有的潜能挖掘、目标导向等成效与高校的职业生涯规划教育理念是一致的。文章在阐述教练技术的基础上,通过分析职业生涯规划课目前的现状,对教练技术在自我探索、多路径发展及高效行动力方面开展价值分析,从而推进职业生涯规划教育发挥更大的作用。

Coaching Technology is an effective management method in enterprise management.The method’s potential tapping and goal-oriented effects are consistent with the concept of college career planning education.On the basis of expounding the coaching,this paper analyzes the current status of Career Planning and the value of coaching in self-exploration,multi-channel development and high-efficiency action,thus promoting the career planning education to play a greater role.
