摘要
Seminar教学法与校企"多师同堂"的协同教学,是经管专业加强理论与实践融合,培养复合型人才的有效途径。文章梳理Seminar教学法和"多师同堂"的内涵及实施现状,分析两者协同对学生、教师和企业的意义,从校企"多师同堂"Seminar教学法的组织实施和创新方面,探究两者协同教学模式的设计方案。
The school-enterprise cooperative teaching,including Seminar Teaching and Team Teaching is an effective way to strengthen the integration of theory and practice for Economics and Management specialty and to cultivate composite talents.This paper sorts out the connotation and present situation of Seminar teaching and Team Teaching,analyzes the significance of their coordination to students,teachers and enterprises,and probes into the design of the collaborative teaching mode from the aspects of organization,implementation and innovation of the two teaching methods.
