对照“国标”探究影响应用型本科高校专业发展的核心因素及提升策略

摘要 《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》对应用型本科高校深化教育教学改革,提高办学质量具有重要的指导作用。文章以广东应用型本科高校为研究对象,通过分析对照"国标"开展的专业评估工作发现,影响广东应用型本科高校专业发展的核心因素,包括学科专业结构、人才培养模式、课程体系设置及师资队伍建设等,高校可结合实际发展情况,通过提升学科专业建设水平打造重点特色学科与优势专业,以能力培养为核心大力推进人才培养模式改革,科学定位人才培养目标优化课程体系设计工作,强化师资队伍建设提升教育教学综合实力等措施来促进专业健康发展,为学校培养高素质应用型人才提供支撑。 The National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in General Colleges and Universities plays an important guiding role in deepening the reform of education and teaching of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,and in improving the quality of these higher education institutions.Taking the application-oriented universities in Guangdong as its research object,this paper analyzes the professional assessment work carried out in accordance with the National Standard.It has found out that the core factors affecting discipline development of application-oriented universities in Guangdong are as follows:the structure of disciplines and majors,the mode of talent cultivation,the setting of curriculum system,and the construction of teaching staff,etc.To promote the healthy development of majors and to provide support for nurturing high quality talents,application-oriented universities can take the following measures:promoting the level of discipline and major construction,building key characteristic disciplines and advantageous majors,vigorously promoting the reform of talent cultivation mode with ability training as the core,scientifically positioning the goal of talent training,optimizing the design of curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teachers and enhancing the comprehensive strength of education and teaching,etc.
