摘要
结合职业院校学生偏向的VAK学习风格类型,把学生更易于接受的VAK教学法融入职业院校食品理化检验课程的教学中,通过视觉、听觉和动觉等形象化的多元刺激方法,展示学习内容,以促进学生理解记忆,从而提高课堂学习的效率。
Combining with the VAK learning styles preferred by vocational college students,the VAK teaching method,which is more acceptable to students,is integrated into the teaching of Food Physical and Chemical Testing course in vocational colleges.Hence the learning content is displayed through a multiple stimulation method that includes visual,auditory, and kinesthetic stimulations,so as to promote students’ understanding and memory and improve classroom learning efficiency.
