近年来中美贸易战使我国对知识产权保护的重视程度提高到了前所未有的高度。医学院校教师知识产权保护意识是实现创新的重要保障,科学管理制度对于人才的培养以及成果转化的促进有着重要的意义。文章探讨地方医学院校教师知识产权意识存在的问题以及通过科学管理制度研究解决问题的对策。

In recent years,the Sino-US trade war has raised our country's emphasis on intellectual property protection to an unprecedented height.Teachers'awareness of intellectual property protection in medical colleges and universities is an important guarantee for innovation.Scientific management system is of great significance to the cultivation of talents and the transformation of achievements.This paper discusses the problems existing in teachers'awareness of intellectual property rights in local medical colleges and the countermeasures to solve them through scientific management system research.
