中等职业教育的任务是培养出适应社会发展的技能型人才,实行校企合作人才培养模式是当前中等职业学校的必然选择,但是目前校企合作的推行还面临着许多问题,还不能很好地符合中等职业教育发展的需要,必须不断改革、不断创新,寻找出一条适合中职教育的校企合作之路,以便为高速发展的社会培养更多的高素质技能型人才。

The task of secondary vocational education is to train skilled talents to adapt to social development.The implementation of school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode is an inevitable choice for current secondary vocational schools.However,the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation still faces many problems,and it still cannot meet the needs of the development of secondary vocational education.We are constantly reforming and innovating to find a school-enterprise cooperation road suitable for secondary vocational education,so as to cultivate more high-quality skilled talents for a fast-growing society.
