机务部队复合型航空维修人才培养探究

Research on Compound Aviation Maintenance Personnel Training for Maintenance Force

航空维修人员能力素质决定飞机维修保障的质量,影响飞机的完好率、可靠性和安全性,甚至直接影响战争的胜败。随着大量新型航空装备不断列装海军航空兵部队,以及战训任务拓展和部队实战化训练水平与强度的提高,不仅对维修人员的能力素质提出了更高要求,也为部队开展业务培训和复合型维修人才培养提供了有利机会,使得部队在维修人才培养方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章依据高技术条件下航空维修保障对人员能力素质要求,在系统分析机务部队在业务培训和人才培养方面存在问题的基础上,紧密结合部队实际,研究提出部队在复合型航空维修人才培养方面的方法建议。

The quality of aviation maintenance personnel determines the quality of aircraft maintenance and support,affects the aircraft integrity,reliability and safety,and even directly affects the success or failure of the war.With a large number of new aviation equipment constantly installed in the Navy Air Force,as well as the expansion of combat training tasks and the improvement of the level and intensity of combat training,the ability and quality of maintenance personnel are not opposed to higher requirements,but also for the army to carry out operational training and compound maintenance personnel training provides a favorable opportunity to mask the department.The team plays a more and more important role in the training of maintenance personnel.According to the requirement of aviation maintenance support to personnel’s ability and quality under high-tech condition,this paper analyzes the problems of service training and personnel training in the air force systematically,and combines closely with the actual situation of the army,studies and puts forward the methods and suggestions of training compound aviation maintenance personnel in the army.
