For the 21st century to cultivate more comprehensively developed talents,on the one hand,there is a long way to go,on the other hand,it is undoubtedly tempting and challenging.The colleges should consider the characteristics of the new century in order to cultivate talents who must have certain comprehensive qualities.Therefore,we should strive to make quality education:strengthening quality education,improving the ability to adapt;implementing creative education,cultivating innovative consciousness;cultivating quality,shaping a healthy personality.
