Research on the Characteristics of Education Management and Talent Cultivation of Anglia Ruskin University:from the"Student-centered"Perspective

文章基于“以学生为中心”的研究视角,分别从学生“参与式”教学质量保障机制非常健全、各类高质量学习资源供给丰富多样、学生自主学习时长被纳入课程教学设计方案、学校图书馆空间功能分区合理有序等四个方面对英国安格利亚鲁斯金大学教育管理与人才培养特色进行系统阐述,以期为国内高校在教育机制、教学管理、人才培养等方面改革与完善提供参考借鉴。

Based on the"Student-centered"research perspective,this paper elaborates the characteristics of education management and talent cultivation of Anglia Ruskin University which as follows.Firstly,the"Student-participation"teaching quality assurance mechanism is very sound.Secondly,the supply of various high-quality learning resources is abundant and diverse.Thirdly,the time of students'independent study was included in the teaching design of the course.Fourthly,the school library space function partition is reasonable and orderly.It is expected to provide reference for the reform and improvement of educational mechanism,teaching management and talent cultivation for domestic universities.
