Exploration and Practice of Postgraduate Training Mode of Mechanical Engineering in Local Characteristic Universities

新形势下如何提高研究生培养质量是高等院校特别是地方特色院校急需解决的问题。以矿业为特色的西安科技大学机械工程学科为例,从研究生培养中的实际问题出发,优化构建了融合平台、导师、能力与成果四位一体的研究生培养模式,总结了近几年培养实践中所取得的成效,并分析了尚存在的不足。

How to improve the quality of postgraduate training under the new situation is an urgent problem to be solved in universities,especially in local characteristic universities.Taking the mechanical engineering of xi'an university of science and technology with mining characteristics as an example,starting from the practical problems in the postgraduate training,this paper optimally constructs a postgraduate training mode integrating with platform,tutor,ability and achievement,summarizes the achievements made in the training practice in recent years,and analyzes the existing deficiencies.
