The significance of microbiology practice teaching and related teaching contents were introduced in this paper.And PDCA cycle mode was applied in in microbiology course practice teaching.PDCA cycle management is beneficial to improve the safety management level of microbiology laboratory,effectively maintain the good running state of instruments and equipment,save reagents and consumables,enhance experimental teaching effect,maintain good sanitary conditions,reasonably arrange various experimental projects,etc.Thus,the laboratory efficiency might be greatly improved.Applying PDCA cycle in microbiology course practice teaching is an effective management mode.
