摘要
通过分析和把握现今高职院校院级、系级、班级的学生干部胜任能力现状,以科学的培养、发展和考核机制来实现三级学生干部队伍梯队的最优化流动,使学生干部的培养和管理更具科学性与实用性,最终提高学生干部的自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的能力。
By analyzing and grasping the present situation of the competency of student cadres at the college level,department level and class level in higher vocational colleges,to fulfill the optimized flow through the echelon of the third level student cadres by the scientific training,development and assessment mechanism.It makes the training and management of student cadres more scientific and practical,and finally improves the ability of self-management,self-ed-ucation and self-service of student cadres.
