摘要
基于工作过程的教学改革是以工作任务为主线,以项目为载体,创设教学情境,运用多种教学方法或手段激发学生学习兴趣。让学生在模拟的学习情境中通过完成工作任务的方式去学习,促进了理论和实践的融合,能更好地提高护理专业学生的职业能力,凸显职业教育的特色。
The teaching reform based on the work process is based on work tasks,with the project as the carrier,teaching situations can be created,and various teaching methods or means such as case teaching method and role playing method can be used to stimulate students'interest in learning.Let the students learn by completing the work tasks in the simulated learning situation,which promotes the integration of theory and practice,can better improve the professional ability of nursing students,and highlight the characteristics of vocational education.
