实验技术队伍在实验教学、科学研究、人才培养和实验室管理中起着重要作用,提高实验技术队伍的整体水平是建设一流大学的基础条件。目前高校实验技术队伍建设存在许多问题,学校要通过提高实验技术队伍的地位、加强实验技术队伍综合培训、明确岗位职责、完善管理和激励机制提高高校实验技术队伍整体水平,为向"世界一流大学"的目标迈进奠定基础。

Laboratory technical teams play an important role in experimental teaching,scientific research,personnel training,and laboratory management.Improving the overall level of laboratory technical teams is the basis for the construction of a first-class university.At present,there are many problems in the construction of laboratory technical teams in colleges and universities.The universities should lay the foundation for the goal of "world-class universities" by improving the status of experimental technical teams,strengthening the training of experimental technical teams,clarifying job responsibilities,and improving management and incentive mechanisms.
