Medical and education synergy is very important in the construction and development of affiliated hospitals of comprehensive universities.This paper summarizes various measures of medical and education synergy in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University,and puts forward innovative ideas for reform in view of many problems faced in the process of medical and education synergy development.It will provide reference to hospitals for the comprehensive development of medical and education synergy.
