Some Suggestions on Improving the Quality of Professional Master Training

对专业型硕士培养质量进行客观分析,发现培养方案和课题选择等方面存在的不足,提出延长论文完成时间,培养方案、课题方向与用人单位相结合等改进方法。通过船舶动力类专业型硕士的培养范例,验证了这一方法的可行性。

This paper objectively analyses the current situation of professional master training quality and finds that there are obvious problems in the training plan and topic selection.In view of these problems,some improvement methods are put forward,such as prolonging the completion time of the thesis,combining the training plans and the subject direction with the needs of employers.The feasibility of the improvement methods is verified by the training example of professional master of marine power specialty.
