摘要
通过树立积极不确定的生涯发展观,建立多角度的职业认同感,运用合理有效的生涯适应力提升方法,帮助眼视光医学专业的本科生增强生涯适应力,不断完善自我、实现自我,从而为社会培养优秀眼视光专业人才。
Through a positive and uncertain view of career development,a multi-angle career identity is established.A reasonable and effective method for improving career adaptability is constructed to help undergraduates in Ophthalmology and Optics to enhance their career adaptability and constantly improve themselves so as to cultivate outstanding talents of this major for the society.
