摘要
SOAP教学法是我国儿童重症医学科住院医师规范化培训的一种探索,它能够改善临床医疗文件的书写现状和提高临床推理能力,但对临床实践操作技能改善不大,提示重症医学科规培医师的临床操作能力提高还需要通过其他教学方法来实现。
SOAP teaching method is an exploration of standardized training for residents in department of Pediatric Intensive Care Medicine in China.It can improve the writing status of clinical medical documents and improve clinical reasoning ability,but it has little effect on improving clinical practice operation skills,which suggests that the improvement of the clinical operation ability of the disciplined intensive care residents needs to be achieved through other teaching methods.
