生物工程专业属于交叉型、复合型专业,融合生物学、药学、化学工程学、能源学以及药事管理、人文科学等多学科。广东海洋大学食品科技学院加强实践教学,注重培养学生理论结合实践、生产实践能力,逐步探索产学研结合的生物工程专业本科教学方式,该模式对其他学科有借鉴意义。

The major of bioengineering is an interdisciplinary and compound major,which integrates multiple disciplines such as biology,pharmacy,chemical engineering,energy science,pharmacy management,and humanities.The School of Food Science and Technology of Guangdong Ocean University strengthens practical teaching,focuses on cultivating students’ ability to combine theory with practice and production practice,and gradually explores the undergraduate teaching method of bioengineering that combines industry,teaching and research.The teaching method can provide references for other disciplines.
