摘要
不同层次的高等教育在卓越人才培养方面都有其独特的发展空间。高职院校必须基于生态位明确自身的办学优势与特色定位,通过生态位分离、生态位宽度拓展、生态系统资源整合等,优化卓越人才培育机制,在深度解析高职学生学习与发展特点的基础上,构建具有高职特色的生态化卓越人才培育模式。
Higher education at different levels has its unique development space in the training of outstanding talents.Higher vocational colleges must define their own advantages and characteristics of running schools based on separation,expansion,and ecosystem sources integration of their ecological niches to optimize the mechanism for cultivating outstanding talents,and build an ecological talent training model with high vocational characteristics on the basis of deeply analyzing the characteristics of higher vocational students’ learning and development.
