瑜伽练习对女大学生身体基本运动能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究尝试把瑜伽运动与FMS测试结合起来,为FMS与大众健身的研究和女大学生选择合适的健身项目提供理论依据,有效的预防其身体疾病的发生。研究方法:采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、比较分析法、数理统计法、实验法。结论:瑜伽练习能够提高女大学生核心力量、关节灵活性与稳定性、静态平衡能力、前庭功能和腰髋关节柔韧性,瑜伽练习对提高女大学生基本运动能力有显著性作用且有利于降低女大学生在日常体育锻炼中受运动损伤的风险。
