新型液晶可调电容器的研究

摘要 液晶盒受到外加电压后,液晶有效介电常数会发生改变,导致液晶盒电容变化。改变液晶盒外加电压的数值,可以实现自主调节液晶盒的电容数值。文章以液晶的弹性理论和经典变分原理为分析手段,研究了受到挠曲电效应影响下的强锚定平行排列和混合排列向列相液晶盒的电容特性,为液晶可调电容器的设计研发及挠曲电系数的测量提供了科学理论依据。 the operation principle of liquid crystal cell is the same as that of capacitor.Under the influence of applied voltage,the effective permittivity of liquid crystal will change,and then the capacitance of liquid crystal cell will change.Therefore,by changing the value of the applied voltage of the liquid crystal cell,the capacitance value of the liquid crystal cell can be adjusted automatically.The capacitance of the liquid crystal cell is also affected by the anchoring of the substrate surface.Here we consider the strong anchoring nematic liquid crystal cell affected by the flexoelectric effect.Based on the elastic theory and classical variational principle of liquid crystal,this paper studies the capacitance characteristics of strongly anchored parallel and mixed aligned nematic liquid crystal cells under the influence of flexure effect,which provides a scientific theoretical basis for the design and development of liquid crystal adjustable capacitors and the measurement of flexure coefficient.
