服刑人员儿童期虐待对攻击和自杀意念的影响:自我控制的中介作用

Childhood Abuse Affects Aggression and Suicidal Ideation: Mediating Effect of Self-Control

目的:探讨儿童期虐待对服刑人员攻击、自杀意念的影响以及自我控制在其中的中介作用。方法:以365名男性服刑人员为研究对象,采用攻击问卷、自杀意念评定量表、自我控制量表、儿童期虐待问卷进行调查。结果:(1)儿童期虐待与自我控制、自杀意念和攻击量表的得分均存在显著正相关(P<0.01),自我控制得分与自杀和攻击之间相关也显著(P<0.01);(2)自我控制在儿童期虐待与攻击行为之间起着完全中介的作用,而在儿童期虐待与自杀意念之间,起着部分中介的作用。结论:服刑人员儿童期虐待经历会对其攻击水平和自杀意念有着显著的预测作用,自我控制在儿童期虐待与攻击、自杀的关系中起中介作用,可基于个体儿童期受虐待经历和自我控制能力进行干预以降低其自杀和攻击水平。

Objective: This study aimed to explore the effect of childhood maltreatment on aggression and suicide ideation among prisoners, and the mediating role of self-control. Methods: A total of 365 male prisoners were asked to complete the aggression questionnaire, suicide ideation rating scale, self-control scale and childhood abuse questionnaire.SPSS21.0 was used for data analysis and Amos was used for model construction. Results: The correlations among childhood abuse, self-control, suicide ideation and aggression were significant(P<0.01). The relationship between childhood maltreatment and aggression were completely mediated by self-control, while the relationship between childhood maltreatment and suicide ideation were partly mediated by self-control. Conclusion: The childhood maltreatment of the prisoners not only influences aggressive behaviors and suicidal ideation directly, but also indirectly through the mediating effect of the selfcontrol.
