摘要
地震模拟振动台试验是结构抗震研究最为直接和有效的方法,当前振动台建设已成为一种趋势。本文提出一种用于振动台作动器的锚固装置,采用有限元软件ABAQUS计算25个不同尺寸的锚固模型,分析其在拉力作用下的破坏形式和承载力,并与现有的计算方法进行对比,发现现有方法对于本装置承载力的预测存在不足。随后研究了埋深、锚固端板与套筒尺寸对混凝土锥体破坏形式下装置抗拉承载力的影响,分别就混凝土锥体破坏、锚固端板破坏、锚栓破坏对应的承载力给出初步计算公式。
Shaking table test is the most direct and effective method for structural seismic research.Lately there has been a trend towards building shaking table.In this paper,an anchorage device for shaking table is proposed.25 anchorage models of different sizes are calculated by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The failure mode and bearing capacity of the anchorage device under the action of tensile force are analyzed.Compared with the existing calculation methods,it is found that the existing methods are insufficient for the prediction of the bearing capacity of the device.Then the effects of embedment depth,anchor plate and sleeve size on the device tensile capacity under concrete cone failure are studied.The preliminary calculations are proposed for concrete cone failure,anchor plate failure and stud failure respectively.
