摘要
声发射(AE)是一种无损非侵入性检测方法,其在混凝土结构监测等领域有着极大的潜力,近年来受到国内学者的广泛关注。然而,在沿混凝土梁截面高度方向上AE信号的分布形态以及声发射信号分布与应力分布之间相关性方面的研究有待加强。本文运用声发射与数字散斑(DIC)等技术获得了六片RC梁加载过程中的试验数据;通过分析AE信号与应力分布之间的关系,得到如下结论:AE参数能够表征钢筋混凝土梁应力在高度方向上的变化;在RC梁截面的受压区上,AE事件的分布与压应力分布密切相关,在钢筋的后屈服阶段尤为明显。
Acoustic emission is a non-destructive and non-invasive detection method.It has great potential in the field of concrete structure monitoring and has received extensive attention from domestic scholars in recent years.However,it needs to be strengthened in the research on the distribution of AE signals along the height of the concrete beam section and the correlation between acoustic emission signal distribution and stress distribution.In this paper,the experimental data of six RC beams during loading are obtained by using acoustic emission and digital speckle.By analyzing the relationship between AE signal and stress distribution,the following conclusions can be drawn:AE parameters can characterize the stress of reinforced concrete beams in height direction.The distribution of the AE event is closely related to the compressive stress distribution in the compression zone of the RC beam section,especially in the post-yield stage of the steel bar.
