摘要 预制构件(PC构件)是装配式建筑的主要组成部分,其质量的优劣在很大程度上影响装配式建筑的安全性与使用性,因而如何选择优质的PC构件供应商成为至关重要的问题。基于装配式建筑PC构件特性,探寻影响PC构件供应商选择的主要因素并建立了包含质量、成本、交通运输、构件开发与生产、企业合作潜力与节能环保六个方面的指标体系;利用灰色关系分析(GRAP)改进VIKOR法,构建了基于GRAP-VIKOR的PC构件供应商选择决策模型,最后通过算例分析验证了该方法的实用性。本研究为PC构件供应商选择提供科学的决策方法,同时促进装配式建筑背景下PC构件供应商进一步提升自身竞争力,最终推动整个装配式建筑的健康稳步发展。 Precast Concrete(PC)components is a major component of prefabricated buildings.Its quality has a great influence on the safety and usability of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,how to choose a high quality PC component supplier becomes a crucial issue.Based on the characteristics of PC components in fabricated buildings,the main factors affecting the selection of PC component suppliers are explored and an index system including quality,cost,transportation,component development and production,enterprise cooperation potential and energy conservation and environmental protection is established.The gray relation analysis process(GRAP)is used to improve the VIKOR method,and the PC component supplier selection decision model based on GRAP-VIKOR is constructed.Finally,the practicality of the method is verified by an example.This study provides a scientific decision-making method for the selection of PC component suppliers,and promotes PC component suppliers in the context of fabricated buildings to further enhance their competitiveness,and ultimately promote the healthy and steady development of the entire assembly-type buildings.
