拔牙后位点保存效果影响因素的研究进展 被引量:8

Research progress in influencing factors of alveolar ridge preservation after tooth extraction

摘要 拔牙后实行位点保存可减少甚至阻断自然愈合过程中必然发生的牙槽嵴吸收、软组织退缩,有可能避免实行各种复杂的组织增量技术,从而可为后期种植提供良好的软硬组织条件。目前临床上位点保存技术的应用收到了良好的效果,但要提高临床中使用此技术的成功率,需掌握位点保存效果的各影响因素。文章将对影响位点保存效果的因素做一综述,以期为临床上运用该技术达到预期效果提供理论参考。 Alveolar ridge preservation after tooth extraction can reduce or even block the alveolar ridge absorption and soft tissue retraction that must occur during natural healing,and it is possible to avoid various complicated tissue augmentation techniques,which can provide good soft and hard tissue conditions for implanting. The application of alveolar ridge preservation technology has achieved good results,but in order to improve the success rate of using this technology in clinical practice,it is necessary to grasp the various influencing factors of alveolar ridge preservation. This article will review the factors affecting the effect of alveolar ridge preservation,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical application of the technology to achieve the expected results.
