摘要
微违纪就是因学生主观意向或客观条件所致,使学生在其言行上轻微触犯校纪校规,但违纪程度的上限还未达到《高等学校学生管理规定》和学校《学生手册》中规定的最低处罚标准的行为。勘定"微违纪"的要素有三:已违纪、轻微、未达到违纪处理下限。文章对高职学生微违纪进行概念界定,并就如何巧妙处理微违纪,形成良好的学风提出切实可行的处理方法。
Minor violation of discipline is caused by subjective intention or objective conditions, which makes students slightly violate school discipline and rules in their words and deeds, but the upper limit of the degree of violation of discipline has not reached the minimum punishment standard stipulated in the Regulations on Student Management in Colleges and Universities and the Student Handbook of Schools. There are three elements of minor violation of discipline: violation of discipline, minor violation of discipline and failure to reach the lower limit of punishment. This paper defines the concept of micro-discipline violation of higher vocational students, and puts forward practical methods on how to deal with micro-discipline violation skillfully and form a good style of study.
