党政联席会议制度是高职二级学院执行决策的重要制度,但现阶段仍需要不断完善,逐步建立健全党政联席会议制度,明确议事范围和程序,强化监督体系,有利于提升其决策效率和决策能力。既要确保党对二级学院的领导地位,也要充分发挥专家、学者和教授在二级学院治理中的参与积极性和重要作用。

The joint conference system between the party and the government is an important system for the implementation of decision-making in the higher vocational secondary schools. However, at this stage, it is still necessary to continuously perfect the joint conference system between the party and the government. To clarify the deliberative scope and procedure, as well as to strengthen the supervision system, it will conducive to improve decision-making efficiency and decision-making ability. It is imperative not only to ensure the party’s leading position of the secondary schools, but also to give full play to the enthusiasm and important role of experts, scholars and professors in the governance of secondary schools.
