摘要
目的借鉴国内外学者对职业精神行为的内涵界定及专家咨询,结合我国公立医院和医生特点,研制医生职业精神行为测评工具。方法利用我国东、中、西3个省份123所公立医院的有效医生调查数据,研究设计了公立医院医生职业精神行为测评量表。结果医生职业精神行为量表由责任与公正、尊重与同理心、诚实与正直、进取、奉献5个因子组成,经检验,量表具有良好的信效度。结论医生职业精神行为量表为医院管理者开展医生职业精神行为测评提供了适宜的工具。
Objective Based on the previous researches on the meaning of medical professionalism by the overseas and domestic scholars and experts’consultation,and in view of the features of China’s public hospitals and physicians,to measure the physician medical professionalism practices in Chinese public hospitals.Methods Using the valid survey data from 123 public hospitals in three provinces among the east,central and west areas in China,an assessment tool for measuring the physician medical professionalism practices was designed.Results The assessment tool comprised five dimensions of responsibility and justice,respect and empathy,honesty and integrity,agressiveness,and dedication.This tool was proved to be reliable and valid.Conclusion The scale could be an adequate tool to assess the physician medical professionalism for hospital administrators.
