新时代地方依规治党问题研究

On Local Government of the Party according to the Party Rules in the New Era from the Perspective of Strictly Administer the Party in an All-round Way

全面从严治党是中国特色社会主义新时代不变的主题,而全面从严治党的前提是要遵循法度,有规矩可循,需要依规治党。依规治党不仅需要全局谋划、通盘考量,突出和强调顶层设计、统一部署,也需要发挥各个地方的积极性与主动性。当前,党内法规制度建设正在稳步推进,而依规治党也正在有序开展,但地方依规治党却还存在包括治党缺乏特色、地方性党内法规不够公开等诸多需要解决的问题,需要立足于新时代全面从严治党的高度采取相应的对策加以应对。

Strictly administering the Party in an all-round way is the invariable theme of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The premise of strictly administering the Party in an all-round way is following rules,that is,ruling the party according to the rules.Ruling the party according to the rules needs not only overall planning and top-level design but also local initiatives.The construction of the Party??s rules is steady advancing currently while there are still several problems in local government of the Party according to the Party rules such as lack of character,not public enough of the local Party rules.These problems should be replied with corresponding measures on the height of strict governance of the party in an all-round way.
