摘要
针对空调在热带海洋环境中频频出现腐蚀严重并导致空调使用寿命大幅下降的问题,需找明原因并提出改进建议。通过对热带海洋环境地区服役空调的运行状况进行调研,采用扫描电子显微分析、能谱分析等材料分析方法对某品牌失效空调关键零部件及材料腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物及腐蚀机理进行研究,找出引起空调腐蚀的主要原因。结果表明:空调在热带海洋环境中的耐久性下降,使用寿命只能达3年左右,空调被腐蚀的主要原因是由于热带海洋环境的高温、高湿以及高盐雾造成,需要对空调关键零部件及材料的耐腐蚀性进行改善才能提高空调在热带海洋环境的耐久性。
In order to solve the problem that air conditioners frequently were corroded seriously and the service life of air conditioners was greatly reduced in tropical Marine environment,it is necessary to find out the reasons and put forward suggestions for improvement.The operation of air conditioners in tropical marine environment were investigated.The corrosion morphology,corrosion products and corrosion mechanism were observed using scanning electron microanalysis,energy spectrum analysis and other material analysis methods to find out the main causes of a failed air conditioner corroded.The results showed that the durability of air conditioners in tropic maritime environment was decreased and their service life can only be up to about 3 years.The main causes of air conditioning corrosion are high temperature,high humidity and high salt fog in tropical marine environment.It is necessary to strengthen the corrosion resistance of key components and materials in order to improve the durability of air conditioners in tropical marine environment.
