摘要
针对某型号电气柜振动耐久试验时出现裂纹问题,利用Ansys对电气柜进行随机振动分析及强度校核,通过改变减振器型号和减振器支座结构设计,得到了最终优化结果。仿真结果表明:该优化方案能够有效降低结构局部应力过大,解决试验中结构出现裂纹的问题,可为同类结构的优化提供参考。
To solve the crack problem of an electrical cabinet in the vibration durability test,we get the final optimization project by changing the type of vibration damper and its support structure base on the modal analysis and Random Vibration Analysis ofAnsys.The simulation results show that this optimization project can effectively reduce the local stress concentration,solve the crack problem in the vibration durability test.And it should be referenced for the optimization of a similar structure.
