高铁噪声影响评价方法及标准初探 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国高速铁路得到了飞速的发展,但也给沿线居民带来严重的噪声污染。通过以武广高铁为例,选择民房离高铁很近,未安装任何隔声屏障的湘潭昭山段,分别使用等效连续A声级LAeq及最大A声级LAmax对沿线噪声影响进行预测,并结合实测值、居民烦扰程度调查,对两种评价方法及标准进行比较。试验结果表明:使用最大A声级LAmax预测结果更为准确,且在使用70 dB(A)的标准限值的情况下,与居民烦扰程度更为吻合,噪声评价结果更为准确。 In recent years,high-speed rail has achieved rapid development in china,but also brings serious noise pollution to the residents along the railway.Takes the civilian house in zhaoshan town,xiangtan city,wuguang high-speed railway as an example,where the houses are close to the high-speed railway and no sound barrier is installed is selected to predict the impact of noise along the railway.The LAeq and LAmax were used to predict the impact of noise along the line,and the two evaluation methods and standards were compared with the measured values and the survey of residents’disturbance degree.The test results show that the prediction results are more accurate when the LAmax is used,and when the standard limit value of 70 dB(A)is used,which is more consistent with the disturbance degree of residents,and the noise evaluation results are more accurate.
