一种500kV变电站支柱绝缘子清洗装置设计

摘要 为预防污闪事故的发生,提高输变电设备的外绝缘性能,变电站的支柱绝缘子每年需要对其表面污秽进行人工清洗,但人工清洗效率低,且人工操作差异容易造成清洁效果不确定。本文设计一种500 kV支柱绝缘子清洗装置,出水压力可高达1500 PSI,采用升降平台与视觉传感器进行自适应调整、准确定位清洗喷嘴与支柱绝缘子的相对位置,实现无死角、全方位地清洗支柱绝缘子,从而提高清洗质量和清洗效率,可以节省大量的人力物力,具有非常广泛的市场应用前景。 In order to prevent pollution flashover accidents and improve the external insulation performance of power transmission and transformation equipment,the pillar insulator of substation needs to be cleaned manually every year,but the manual cleaning efficiency is low,and the cleaning effect is uncertain due to the difference of manual operation.In this paper,a kind of 500 kV pillar insulator cleaning device was designed with spray pressure up to 1500 PSI.The lifting platform and visual sensor was used for self-adaptive adjustment to accurately locate the relative position between the cleaning nozzle and the insulator,so as to realize omni-directional cleaning of pillar insulator without dead angle.Thus can improve the cleaning quality and efficiency,save a lot of manpower and material resources,and have a wide market application prospect.
