摘要 本研究根据不同大豆品种萌发期对盐胁迫的响应,应用主成分分析、模糊隶属函数法及聚类分析对30个大豆品种耐盐性进行综合评价与鉴定。结果表明:各大豆品种萌发期发芽势、发芽率、根长、苗高均受到盐胁迫抑制;根冠比变异系数最大,苗高和根长变异均高于发芽指标变异;发芽势和发芽率盐害率均高于根长和苗高盐害率。通过主成分分析确定了3个主成分,分别反映萌发因子、盐害因子、根部情况,并确定相对根长、相对发芽率、相对发芽势、根冠比盐害率可作为大豆耐盐筛选与评价的重要指标。模糊隶属函数法评价结果与主成分分析结果具有一致性。通过聚类分析把大豆品种分为5个类群,其中冀豆12等3个品种为强耐盐品种;中野2号等11个品种为耐盐品种;鲁豆12等8个品种为中等耐盐品种;蚕丝豆-1等6个品种为盐敏感品种;丹豆2号等2个品种为不耐盐品种。本研究可为选择适宜种植的耐盐大豆品种、增加大豆种植面积、开发利用盐碱地提供理论及技术依据。 According to the response of different soybean varieties to salt stress during germination,the salt tolerance of 30 varieties were evaluated and identified by principal component analysis,fuzzy membership function method and cluster analysis. The results showed that the germination potential,germination rate,root length and seedling height of all soybean varieties were inhibited by salt stress,and the variation coefficient of root-shoot ratio was the highest. The variation of seedling height and root length was higher than that of germination indexes. The salt damage rate of germination potential and germination rate was higher than that of root length and seedling height. Through principal component analysis,three principal components were determined to reflect germination factors,salt damage factors and root conditions,respectively. The salt damage rate of relative root length,relative germination rate,relative germination potential and root-shoot ratio were determined as the important indexes for screening and evaluating salt-tolerant soybean varieties. The evaluation results of fuzzy membership function method were consistent with those of principal component analysis.By cluster analysis,the tested soybean varieties were divided into 5 groups,in which,3 had strong salt tolerance such as Jidou 12,11 were salt-tolerant ones such as Zhongye 2,and 8 had medium salt tolerance such as Ludou 12;6 varieties such as Cansidou-1 were salt sensitive,and 2 ones had no salt tolerance such as Dandou 2. This study could provide theoretical and technical bases for screening salt-tolerant soybean varieties suitable for planting in saline soil,increasing soybean planting area and developing and utilizing saline-alkali lands.
